So far into Dynamis
After having spent three and a half month with DragonWarriors, my linkshell’s dynamis group, I’ve come a long way. I really enjoy how well the group works together, and I’ve become good friends with the people in it. It’s fun being able to work hard together, alongside with friends I can trust and believe in.
I’ve only been able to come as White Mage so far, but I’m not complaining. It’s the job I’m best at, and I’m expected to come as. Paladin is nice enough, but I’m not confident enough in my ability to tank to ask the leaders to consider me as a viable option for our runs.
But although I haven’t been able to come as Paladin, I’ve been able to collect a few really nice pieces from our runs, including a feet, legs and head piece which goes a real long way to improve my ability to tank. And it looks really prrrettyful too!
I still need the surcoat and gauntlets, and I’m sure I will find them in time. But, even though I really wish to get my paws on them, I still want to help the others get their pieces. This is a team effort after all, and it’s no need to be greedy or hasty. Granted, I’d rather have them sooner than later. But I’m sure anyone feels the same way.
But I’ve been able to collect a few pieces for my Beastmaster as well. I now possess both the legs and body piece, which I don’t really care for all that much. They don’t really look that nice, and it’s not like I can equip them just yet.
They were handed to be fair and square, so I guess I’ll just have to keep them till the day I can put them on. The linkshell has worked very hard to get them, and I’ll honor their work by treating the items with respect.
I’m still only a level 62 beastmaster, but I hope to get 63 in the next few days and then level at an increasingly steady rate. It’ll be tough, but I know I can do it if I put my heart into it.
Since I’m halfway through level 62, I can start worrying about finding a new camp with new possibilities and new obstacles to overcome. It’s what makes the job even more fun.
Right now, what I want the most is the Cleric’s set though. It would look really nice on me and I can’t wait to try it on. I’m afraid that it’ll take awhile though, but I’ll just keep on working hard. That’s all I can do after all!
